  • Conduct comprehensive market feasibility studies and analysis of target regional markets to inform institutional strategy and decision-making.
  • Synthesise market research, data, and intelligence into clear, coherent reports, briefs, and papers suitable for senior management presentations and stakeholder engagements.
  • Coordinate and support the marketing and outreach efforts of overseas centres, working closely with overseas colleagues and relevant stakeholders in Singapore to ensure alignment with institutional priorities, branding, and messaging.
  • Serve as the operational liaison between overseas centres and internal units, facilitating information flow, follow-ups, and coordination on ongoing initiatives, activities, and requests.
  • Maintain systematic documentation, records, and tracking of key metrics, milestones, and activities related to overseas centres, ensuring information is accurate, current, and readily accessible.
  • Assist in the preparation of management reports, dashboards, and key matrices, including the tracking and analysis of centre activities, engagement outcomes, and performance indicators.
  • Draft, curate, and edit articles, briefs, and content highlighting significant achievements, milestones, and success stories of overseas centres for internal communications, management reports, and selected external-facing platforms where appropriate.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and supporting collaterals for meetings, reviews, and stakeholder engagements related to overseas centres and regional initiatives.
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Office of Overseas Centres.

Qualifications

  • Degree holder with at least 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong ability to organise, synthesise and present information clearly, with proficiency in preparing high-quality presentations, reports and briefing materials for management and stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, track deliverables and maintain accurate records, while ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Comfortable working across cultures with an inter-cultural mindset, proactive attitude and strong teamwork skills able to engage effectively with overseas centres and internal stakeholders.
  • Interest in international engagement, overseas operations, marketing coordination and stakeholder management, particularly within the higher education or institutional context.
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms, content creation including the ability to create and coordinate simple marketing collaterals such as write-ups, brochures, slides, web or digital content for institutional or organisational communications is preferred.
  • Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin is a requirement, as the role involves collaboration with the China market.
  • Willingness to travel within the region, sometimes on short notice and for extended durations, where required.
