The Maintenance Engineer that we are looking for, will be required to perform the following:
- Hardware Maintenance on Servers, PCs, electronics equipment and mechanical parts
- System Administration such as back up of Server/PC data, patching of OS, update of Anti Virus Definition, etc
- Maintenance Process Documentation such as Spare Management, Raising of Service Report, Consolidating of Monthly Report Data, etc
- Engaging with Customer to understand and meeting their need/request.
To perform the above, the maintenance engineer preferably to have the following:
- Technical qualification/knowledge background on Electronics/Electrical/ComputersAble to do electronics equipment troubleshooting, repair, soldering, etc
- Knowledge in MS Office (Words, Excel, etc)Do basic documentation for records and reports
- Knowledge on Mechanical Engineering will be a plus point.
- Knowledge on Software Maintenance will be another plus point too.
