Assistant M&E Property Manager (Retail Mall - East Singapore)

about the job

• Oversee day-to-day operations, overall maintenance, and high-standard presentation across a portfolio of retail malls
• Source, evaluate, and manage contractors, service providers, and consultants for landscaping, repairs, structural upgrades, and full-scale renovations
• Ensure works strictly meet quality standards, timelines, and approved budgets
• Manage end-to-end tenancy lifecycle, including lease administration, tenant communications, routine inspections, and swift dispute/issue resolution
• Conduct routine structural and mechanical property inspections to proactively identify maintenance needs, propose solutions, and provide concise updates/reports to the owner
• Manage ad-hoc property enhancements, urgent repairs, and direct assignments from the property owner

requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Estate Management, Property/Building Management, Facilities Management , construction
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in retail malls
• Strong expertise in M&E
• Can commence immediately or within short notice period
