Assistant M&E Manager (Construction / Fit-Out)

• Position: Assistant M&E Manager (Construction / Fit-Out)

• Location: Singapore
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm, Saturday half day 8.30am - 12.30pm (may be required to respond to urgent matters when necessary)
• Salary (commensurate on experience) :Up to $5,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus + Annual Leave
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Construction

Main Responsibilities:

• Support and ensure timely completion of M&E projects
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and internal departments
• Assist in tender preparation and project planning
• Monitor site progress and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
• Support additional project-related tasks as required

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in M&E or construction projects
• Experience in fit-out or process piping projects will be an advantage
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Able to manage tasks independently and meet project timelines
