Job Summary
Support supply chain operations by managing distributor orders, reconciling inventory, verifying invoices, and administering export controls to ensure efficient service parts management and compliance.
Job Description:
- Manage supply chain administration tasks for distributor operations to ensure smooth business protocol adherence
- Process and oversee orders related to distributors business requirements to maintain order accuracy and timeliness
- Conduct monthly inventory reconciliation with warehouse service providers to ensure accurate stock records
- Assist in managing service parts inventory turnover to optimize stock levels and availability
- Verify invoices from suppliers and service providers to ensure billing accuracy and compliance
- Administer export control procedures for service parts operations to maintain regulatory compliance
- Complete departmental duties and monthly reports as assigned by supervisors to support operational goals
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least O Level, ITE, or Diploma
- At least 2 years experience in Logistic, Supply Chain, Freight Forwarding, Warehousing and Import & Export Regulations
- Possess good communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external partners
- Apply analytical skills to assess inventory data and operational processes for improvements
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills to collaborate within the team and with stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to support documentation and reporting
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision to meet deadlines and maintain productivity
- Willingness to perform overtime as required to support business needs
