Our client is global MNC, manufacturer of ventilation systems. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Key Account Assistant Manager to be part of their Sales Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East Area - easily accessible.
Duties of Key Account Assistant Manager:
- Manage and grow assigned retail channels.
- Develop short- and mid-term plans to drive brand performance.
- Plan and execute channel strategies and trade promotions to meet sales targets.
- Track market and competitor activities, providing monthly updates and insights.
- Handle product listings, promotions, and required submissions to retailers.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key retailers.
- Negotiate with retailers to align business goals and opportunities.
- Manage A&P budgets and monitor ROI.
- Work closely with merchandisers to ensure effective in-store execution and visibility.
- Support store-level negotiations to secure optimal shelf and display space.
- Oversee key account receivables and billing matters.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks including stock checks, exchanges, and returns.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in business related field
- 2 -3 years of sales experience in FMCG industry with proven track record
- Good communication skills
