Job Summary

Lead and supervise installation teams for outdoor camera projects, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction through effective project management, technical oversight, and team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise installation teams on-site to ensure timely and quality project delivery
• Conduct site inspections before, during, and after installation to verify compliance with plans and standards
• Review installation plans and drawings to confirm correct placement, wiring, and configuration of outdoor cameras
• Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and implement effective solutions to maintain project progress
• Assign tasks and monitor technician performance to optimize team productivity and quality
• Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance skills and adherence to protocols
• Enforce workplace safety standards and proper use of PPE to maintain a safe working environment
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards throughout project execution
• Maintain accurate records of site activities and incidents for accountability and reporting
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during installation, communicating progress, challenges, and solutions
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering installations that meet or exceed client expectations

Other Information

• Primarily field-based role requiring travel to multiple sites
