Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the HR team to deliver efficient HR operations and ensure clear accountability for results
- Collaborate with business leaders to design and execute HR strategies that support workforce planning and talent development goals
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, payroll administration, benefits coordination, and compliance with Singapore employment regulations
- Resolve employee relations issues and oversee performance management processes to enhance organizational effectiveness
- Plan and coordinate employee training programs and succession planning to build internal capabilities
- Handle sensitive HR matters with professionalism and confidentiality
- Organize and manage company events to foster employee engagement and positive workplace culture
