This is an end-to-end HR role for a self-driven professional who wants to make a real impact. The role is designed to uplift HR into a strategic business-partnering - supporting leaders, aligning people strategies with business priorities, and ensuring HR governance.
What You'll Do
Strategic HR & Stakeholder Partnering
Partner closely with management and department heads to align HR strategies with business goals
Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance, and people-related risks
Support workforce planning, manpower deployment, and succession planning
Identify gaps in HR practices and drive improvements
End-to-End HR
Own the full recruitment lifecycle, onboarding, and offboarding
Design and implement learning & development programs
Manage performance reviews, talent development, and appraisals
Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive culture
Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and best practices
Track HR metrics and use insights to improve HR processes
What We're Looking For
Proven experience managing end-to-end HR in a dynamic organization
Excellent communication, influencing, and conflict-resolution skills
Partner effectively with multiple stakeholders
