Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Payroll Management:

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy and compliance with Singapore employment laws.

  • Manage payroll-related queries, statutory contributions, and employee records.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and offer management.

  • Facilitate onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

Performance Management & Appraisal:

  • Support implementation of performance management frameworks, KPIs, and appraisal cycles.

  • Advise managers on performance improvement plans, promotions, and career development initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including insurance, leave, and wellness initiatives.

  • Assist in benchmarking and reviewing salary structures to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.

HR Strategy & Policy:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives in line with the company's strategic objectives.

  • Provide HR analytics and insights to support workforce planning and decision- making.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.

  • Support initiatives to foster employee engagement, culture, and retention.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • With 3 - 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a Japan MNC.

  • 2 - 4 years of working experience as HR Generalist will be an advantage.

  • Experience in payroll administration, recruitment, performance management, and compensation & benefits

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
