HR Manager - Duties & Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Staffing

    • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

    • Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.

  • Employee Relations

    • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.

    • Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.

  • Performance Management

    • Implement and manage appraisal systems to evaluate staff performance.

    • Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.

  • Training & Development

    • Identify training needs and design programs to enhance employee skills.

    • Support career development and succession planning initiatives.

  • Compensation & Benefits

    • Administer payroll, benefits, and incentive programs in compliance with company policies.

    • Benchmark compensation packages to remain competitive in the market.

  • Compliance & Policies

    • Ensure HR practices comply with Singapore's employment laws and regulations.

    • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.

  • HR Operations

    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

    • Oversee HR systems and digital platforms for efficiency.

  • Strategic HR Planning

    • Partner with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.

    • Provide insights on workforce planning and organizational development.
