The Opportunity
- HR Manager to lead and oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions within the organization.
- This is a high-impact role for a proactive and hands-on HR professional who enjoys partnering with business leaders and driving people strategies that support business growth. You will play a key role in strengthening HR as a strategic business partner while ensuring strong HR governance and operational excellence across the organization.
Strategic HR Business Partnering
- Partner closely with senior management and department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations, performance management, and people-related matters.
- Support workforce planning, manpower deployment, and succession planning initiatives.
- Review and enhance HR policies, processes, and practices to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Provide insights on HR trends and workforce analytics to support strategic decision-making.
HR Operations & Talent Management
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding.Lead learning and development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities and career progression.
- Manage performance management processes, including appraisal cycles and talent development programs.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, HR policies, and industry best practices.
- Monitor HR metrics and workforce data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Managing end-to-end HR functions, preferably in engineering, construction, or project-based industries.
- Strong HR business partnering skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Hands-on, self-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.Ability to balance strategic HR initiatives with day-to-day HR operations.
