Assist in managing full spectrum of compensation and benefits function at the Group level. You will be responsible for overlooking employee pay competitiveness as a metric which require you to develop, standardise, modify and create new initiatives and strategies to enable our group of companies (Australia, New Zealand, Cananda, UK, Holland, Japan and future new entities) stay relevant and competitive in their respective local market.
Conduct analysis of internal and external information on a regular basis, present to management for brainstorming, decision and implementation
Conduct job architecture review, benchmarking exercises, research data sources and analyse trends to make recommendation for annual salary structure reviews, Performance management based rewards, Talent Management programmes, including well-being programme, etc
Calibrate group benefit programmes and policies, renewals, enrolment, launches and communications
Keep abreast of country trends and continually assess the competitiveness of in-country programmes and offerings
Drive and coordinate performance-based reward and recognition within the Group such as LTIP, STIP, etc
Develop strategy and lead annual appraisal rating moderations exercise
Work closely with countries HR business partners to identify and resolve C&B related issues and address team members concerns
Monitor and regularly review Talent Management programme, C&B related policies and practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Participate in other HR projects as required
At least 3 year of compensation and benefits experience
Experience in developing and managing rewards programmes
Developed knowledge of local legal and regulatory environment as it relates to employee compensation and benefits. Familiar with C&B in any of these countries such as Australia, New Zealand, UK, Holland, Canada, Japan and Singapore is an added advantage
Strong research and analytical skills
Possess a high level of integrity. Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
Able to exercise informed and independent judgement while keeping and appreciating internal philosophy and frameworks
