Job Description

  • Monthly payroll processing (full cycle).
  • Routine processing of commission, profit share, director fees, and other discretionary bonuses.
  • Monthly CPF and OED submission.
  • Talent acquisition / recruitment.
  • Lead and manage the HR team.
  • Serve as mentor to junior HR employees.
  • Onboarding and offboarding of employees.
  • Manage various group insurance policies.
  • Handle all work pass matters.
  • Advise employees and management on HR matters.
  • Preparation and submission of monthly HR reports.
  • Oversee all HR operational matters and tasks.
  • Annual AIS submission.
  • Annual staff performance review.
  • Other duties and projects assigned by the management.
