HR Business Partnering
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives
Support workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives
Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and calibration
Lead talent review, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
Provide coaching to managers on leadership, employee engagement, and people management
Utilize HR data and analytics to support decision-making and continuous improvement
Employee Relations & Compliance
Manage complex employee relations matters, including investigations and disciplinary cases
Provide guidance on conflict resolution, grievance handling, and fair employment practices
Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies
Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture
HR Operations & Projects
Collaborate with HR operations to ensure smooth and efficient HR service delivery
Support implementation of HR policies, systems, and process improvements
Guide leaders through organizational changes, including restructuring and role redesign
General Administration (GA) & Office Management
Oversee office facilities management, ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and efficient workplace
Manage procurement of office and operational equipment
Support contract review, renewal, and vendor management for services and equipment
Coordinate with external stakeholders such as corporate secretaries and legal advisors
Support administrative needs of the local office
Assist in branding-related initiatives where required
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
6-9 years of relevant HR experience, including exposure to HR Business Partnering
Good understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
