Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant HR cum Accounts to support our Human Resources and Accounts functions. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of HR operations and accounting processes, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support payroll preparation and attendance management
Handle employee queries related to HR policies
Assist in compliance with labor laws and company policies
Accounts Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day accounting entries
Maintain records of invoices, payments, and expenses
Support accounts payable and receivable functions
Assist in bank reconciliation and filing of financial documents
Coordinate with auditors and external consultants when required
Requirements:
1-3 years of relevant experience (freshers may also apply, if applicable)
Basic knowledge of HR processes and accounting principles
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Knowledge of accounting software will be an advantage
Good communication and organizational skills
