We are looking for a Assistant Housekeeper (Rooms) to join our team!
As a Assistant Housekeeper (Rooms), we rely on you to:
- Support the Assistant Executive Housekeeper in implementing and maintaining room cleaning standards to ensure guest satisfaction
- Monitor and manage team attendance and shift rosters to optimize workforce efficiency and coverage
- Supervise team performance and workflow to maintain high productivity and adherence to operational procedures
- Conduct quality assurance checks to verify that service standards and cleanliness meet or exceed established benchmarks at all times
- Coordinate timely and efficient servicing of guestrooms to enhance guest comfort and operational effectiveness
- Foster positive team interactions and resolve operational challenges with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
We are looking for someone who:
- Demonstrated pride in hospitality and commitment to delivering excellent guest service
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with team members and guests
- Comprehensive understanding of room operations and housekeeping processes
- Detail-oriented mindset focused on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
- Has experiences in a hotel/resort housekeeping environment with minimum 3 years experience in Supervisory role.
