Location: Orchard Central
Working Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM / 10 AM - 8:30 PM
Primary Responsibilities:
- Set housekeeping work standards and procedures
- Supervise, train, and guide housekeeping team members
- Conduct training and demonstrate equipment use and procedures
- Inspect apartments for cleanliness and maintenance arrange periodic cleaning
- Follow up on maintenance issues and special attention for VIP apartments
- Update Front Office on room readiness
- Investigate and resolve housekeeping complaints recommend improvements
- Participate in hiring, performance management, and team meetings
- Prevent misuse of linen/equipment and report damages
- Perform cleaning if required (staff shortage/emergency)
- Attend meetings and support company policies and values
Other Responsibilities:
- Uphold company mission, vision, and policies
- Act as a role model demonstrate professionalism, innovation, and people management
- Ensure effective daily communication and internal coordination
- Support HR activities (contract coordination, discipline, best practices)
- Participate in community events and maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism
- Take on special projects as assigned
