We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Head Florist to join FNP Singapore, a leading floral and gifting company. In this role, you will support the Head Florist in managing daily operations, creating stunning floral arrangements, and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Description:
. Leading daily floral operations and team management
. Create and execute innovative floral designs for various occasions and events
. Collaborate with the Head Florist to develop new product lines and seasonal collections
. Ensure high-quality standards are maintained in all floral arrangements and customer interactions

Job Requirements:
. Minimum 3 years of experience in professional floristry
. Strong knowledge of flower varieties, care techniques, and current floral design trends
. Excellent leadership and communication skills
. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
. Proficiency in visual merchandising and retail operations
