Duties & responsibilities:

- leading kitchen operations,

- creating and maintaining high-quality seafood noodle dishes,

- managing kitchen staff, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards,

- controlling inventory and costs, and driving culinary innovation to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

At least 2-3 years of relevant kitchen and team leader experience required

Skilled in managing kitchen staff and familiar with food safety/hygiene standards

Strong communication skills and teamwork
