Duties & responsibilities:
- Leading kitchen operations,
- creating and maintaining high-quality seafood noodle dishes,
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in compliance with NEA and SFA regulations
-Prepare and cook Italian dishes (e.g. pasta, risotto, antipasti, pizza) to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Managing kitchen staff, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards,
- controlling inventory and costs, and driving culinary innovation to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
-Relevant Master Degree/Relevant Bachelor Degree with Relevant experience
-At least 2-3 years of relevant kitchen and team leader experience required
-Skilled in managing kitchen staff and familiar with food safety/hygiene standards
-Strong communication skills and teamwork
