Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Growth Strategy & Performance
- Develop and execute strategies to drive subscriber acquisition, retention, and ARPU growth.
- Own and report on key growth metrics including partner acquisition, customer base expansion, and revenue KPIs.
- Monitor performance dashboards and continuously optimize the business model through experimentation and iteration.
- Lead competitive benchmarking and market analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
2. Product & Commercial Optimization
- Collaborate with product managers to refine pricing, packaging, and value propositions.
- Work with MVNOs and wholesale partners to test and iterate on offers, bundles, and promotions to improve conversion and upsell.
- Identify opportunities to create new revenue streams through innovative products, alternative business models, and strategic partnerships.
3. Partnership Development & Stakeholder Engagement
- Pitch wholesale offers to potential MVNO and wholesale partners, tailoring proposals to diverse market segments.
- Negotiate business model and commercial terms for new partner onboarding.
- Build long-term relationships with ecosystem players including MNOs, device manufacturers, fintechs, and digital service providers.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Proven experience with P&L ownership in telecommunications, digital, or tech-driven businesses.
- Strong track record in growth management, with measurable results in subscriber acquisition and revenue scaling.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment with cross-functional collaboration.
- Data-driven with strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in digital-first or challenger brand environments.
- Familiarity with subscription-based or telecom business models.
- Experience in partnership development with MNOs, MVNOs, or digital ecosystem players.
- Exposure to international markets and regulatory frameworks in telecom.
- Ability to lead cross-border projects and manage multicultural teams.
