RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position is for School of Computing and Information Systems.
• Reviewing and processing of expenditure requests for research projects.
• Research grants compliance monitoring and budget oversight.
• Managing manpower hiring recruitment with grant's Principal Investigators.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum diploma with relevant working experiences or Bachelor degree.
• Excellent with Microsoft 365 Office suite, especially Excel.
• Knowledge on SAP report is preferred.
• Competent in maintaining precise financial records and reconciling of grant spendings.
• Candidates with experience in managing budgets and ensuring adherence to institutional and agency regulations will be given preference.
