Role Overview
We are seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to strengthen the leadership team in Singapore. The AGM will oversee local business, ensure compliance with Singapore's healthcare regulations, and drive growth initiatives for the telehealth platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the CEO in strategic planning and execution.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore healthcare and data protection regulations.
- Coordinate sales and marketing strategies to grow platform adoption and brand visibility.
- Drive business development initiatives, including partnerships with healthcare providers, insurers, and corporate clients.
- Take full accountability for P&L management, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
- Implement workflows and automation to enhance service delivery.
- Build strong relationships with local healthcare providers, regulators, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 5-10 years of professional experience in healthcare, technology, or operations management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proven track record in management within Singapore's healthcare or tech sector.
- Familiarity with telehealth services and local compliance frameworks is an advantage.
