About The Role
Support the Finance team in data validation and administrative activities related to the implementation of a new financial consolidation system. The role will assist with reviewing system-generated reports, performing basic data checks, maintaining project trackers, and coordinating testing activities.

Support the Finance team in data validation and administrative activities related to the implementation of a new financial consolidation system. The role will assist with reviewing system-generated reports, performing basic data checks, maintaining project trackers, and coordinating testing activities.
How you'll make an impact
- Assist the Finance team in reviewing and validating data migrated into the new consolidation system.
- Perform basic comparison checks between reports from existing and new systems using predefined templates and instructions.
- Highlight data differences and exceptions for review by finance team members.
- Compile, organize, and maintain validation results and supporting documents.
- Support testing activities by preparing files, templates, and test data as required.
- Record testing outcomes, user feedback, and identified issues in project trackers.
- Maintain issue logs, action item registers, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with team members to collect information and follow up on outstanding items.
- Assist with meeting scheduling, note-taking, and other project-related administrative tasks.
- Provide ad hoc support to the Finance team during key project milestones.
- Undergraduate currently pursuing a Degree, or Diploma holder in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related disciplines or a recent fresh graduate in related disciplines.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and handling large volumes of data.
- Detail-oriented and able to follow established procedures.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- No prior finance or system implementation experience required.
- Careful and meticulous when working with data.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to work independently on routine tasks.
- Available for the full duration of the contract period.
