Morgan McKinley is partnering with a client to hire for an Assistant Finance Manager to support its expanding finance operations. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on finance professional who has experience managing mid-to-large scale business revenues and is ready to take on broader responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Finance Manager in overseeing full spectrum of finance operations, including GL, month-end closing, and reporting
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decision-making
- Strengthen internal controls, processes, and financial governance frameworks
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to provide commercial insights and improve financial performance
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline; CPA/CA is a plus
- 5–8 years of relevant experience, ideally within a mid-to-large scale business environment
- Proven experience handling revenue size of SGD 100–200M or similar complexity
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and hands-on operational experience
- Prior exposure to audit is advantageous
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
