Assistant Finance Manager

Scope of Work for Assistant Finance Manager

You will play a key role supporting both our Australian and Singapore portfolios. This position offers cross-border exposure and hands-on involvement in financial operations.

Australian Portfolio

. Serve as the primary liaison from HQ, working closely with the Finance Director and local teams to oversee financial and operational matters.

. Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures to strengthen internal controls and governance.

. Coordinate regularly with outsourced accounting partners on financial accounting, month-end closing and timely management reporting to stakeholders.

. Liaise with tax agents and company secretaries on corporate tax filings and statutory compliance.

. Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and performance analyses.

. Monitor and control project expenditure including operational spending, upgrade works and land development costs.

. Conduct periodic site visits to Australia for operational and financial reviews.

Singapore Portfolio

. Manage a few full sets of accounts, including coordination with auditors, tax agents and company secretaries.

. Assist in the preparation of Group consolidated financial statements and schedules.

. Support ad-hoc assignments and finance initiatives as required.
