Assistant Finance Manager (FP & A)

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Finance Manager (FP & A) to join our team to support management decision-making through high-quality financial analysis, reporting, and business partnering.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reports and presentation decks.
• Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting, coordinating inputs from stakeholders.
• Analyse financial performance, including actual vs budget variances and trends, and provide clear insights.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and financial systems.
• Partner with regional teams to provide financial support and insights (occasional meetings outside business hours may be required).
• Support ad-hoc projects and analysis as needed.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy/ Finance or professional qualification (ACCA/CA/CPA).
• Minimum 3 years experience in FP & A or related roles in the industry.
• Experience with SAP and IBM TM1 is an advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and results orientation.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and regional teams.
