Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Senior Management to support business growth, profitability, and informed decision-making.
- Lead annual strategic planning and mid-term business planning, translating commercial strategies into financial outcomes.
- Evaluate new business opportunities through detailed financial analysis, including revenue, margin, cost, capex, and break-even assessments.
- Identify commercial and financial risks within contracts and support negotiations with data-driven scenarios.
- Challenge pricing, volume, and growth assumptions to balance revenue growth with margin protection.
- Drive accurate revenue budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecasts aligned with the sales pipeline.
- Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to assess commercial and financial impacts.
- Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods, identifying key drivers and root causes.
- Develop and monitor commercial KPIs, dashboards, and management reports to track business performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations during monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Identify and track margin enhancement initiatives, including pricing, cost pass-through, and product mix optimization.
- Review commercial contracts for financial exposure and ensure compliance with pricing and approval policies.
- Strengthen financial controls to prevent margin leakage and support audit requirements.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably within manufacturing, automotive, or FMCG industries.
- Strong financial management and accounting knowledge with proven commercial acumen.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint experience with SAP FICO is required, while SD, MM, or EC-PCA modules are an added advantage.
