What You'll Do:
- Oversee daily finance operations, including journal approvals, balance sheet schedules, bank reconciliations, GST submissions, and tax matters.
- Lead and coach a team of junior accountants
- Manage credit control matters (monitoring, reviews, recommendations, liaising with sales and legal teams).
- Review management reports, budgets, ROI analyses, and provide insights for decision-making.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and internal stakeholders on finance, compliance, and reporting matters.
- Drive process improvements, reporting streamlining, and ERP enhancements.
What We're Looking For:
- ACCA or equivalent, with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Proficient in SAP/Business Central and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to meet tight deadlines
- Strong communicator who works well across teams
- Proven leadership in guiding and developing team members.
