Assistant Finance Manager (Budgeting & Forecasting)

Financial Reporting & Accounting

• Lead monthly and annual closing and financial reporting.
• Oversee AP, AR, GL, costing, inventory, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Budgeting & Business Support

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Monitor financial performance and provide business insights.
• Partner with management and operations on cost and performance improvement.

Treasury, Audit & Compliance

• Manage cash flow, working capital, audits, tax, and statutory matters.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities.

Team & Process Improvement

• Lead and develop a team of two finance staff.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and ERP projects.
• Support business projects and other ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized University.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant external audit experience in Big 4 preferred to manage local reporting requirements.
• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity in commercial outfits.
