Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Associate Director – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our team. This role will serve as a key finance business partner to senior leaders across the organization, providing critical insights to support data-driven decision-making and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • 1. Act as a trusted finance partner to business leaders, providing financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements to optimize profitability.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Operations, R&D) to assess business performance and investment opportunities.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports, KPIs, and variance analysis for senior management.
  • Support business planning, pricing strategies, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and regulatory requirements in Asia.
  • Drive process improvements and digital transformation in financial reporting and business partnering.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/CMA/MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), business partnering, or related roles.
  • Prior experience in biomedical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel/BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions.
  • Proactive mindset, able to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional Asian language skills (e.g., Mandarin) are a plus.
