Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of vacuum and semiconductor processing equipment at customer sites.
- Support and execute Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) to validate system performance and process requirements.
- Ensure readiness and proper control of service tools, including calibration and compliance with operational standards.
- Prepare detailed service documentation, including maintenance reports, fault analysis, and service logs, in accordance with company procedures.
- Manage engineering documentation, including schematics, P&ID drawings, revision control, and RFIs to support field service operations.
Requirements:
- ITE/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in equipment servicing, preferably in semiconductor, vacuum technology, or industrial machinery (training can be provided for junior candidates).
- Hands-on, willing to work on-site and travel when required, with basic troubleshooting skills in electrical/mechanical systems.
