Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Technicians for all facilities management activities, overseeing and implementing operations effectively.
- Attend to and supervise electrical, mechanical, and maintenance works ensuring compliance with standards and safety protocols.
- Monitor facilities projects to ensure timely completion and delivery.
- Utilise digital systems and tools to optimize building and infrastructure operations, reduce costs, enhance productivity, and promote sustainability.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of a recognized Diploma in Building Services, Engineering, Facilities Management, or Project Management.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in facilities management or building maintenance.
- Familiarity with various digital systems and tools in the real estate, property, and facilities management domain, including well-known facilities management technology platforms, is highly preferred.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Self-driven individual capable of working independently and demonstrating resourcefulness.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
