1. General Training Administration
- Create TMSi accounts for new joiners and coordinate with IT to remove accounts for leavers.
- Maintain accurate training attendance and certification records.
- Order and prepare training materials (e.g., printing, binding, ordering supplies).
- Generate monthly training reports and ensure data accuracy.
- Ensure training records in TMSi are consistently updated and well-maintained to support 100% achievement in monthly Performance League results.
- Set up training rooms according to trainer requirements.
2. RTC (Regional Training Centre) Training Support
- Register aftersales staff for RTC courses and match them to suitable programs.
- Coordinate training schedules with operational needs.
- Handle travel arrangements, forms, and liaise with finance and travel agents.
- Communicate training details to managers and participants.
- Track completion of pre- and post-training assignments.
Requirements
- Minimum NITEC/ Diploma in any discipline
- Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant administration experiences
- Proficient in MS Office
