Role Overview

We are seeking motivated junior-level professionals to join our team as Assistant Executives. This role offers exposure to a wide range of general insurance products and provides an excellent foundation for building a career in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on general insurance matters.
  • Support the management of insurance products, including Fire & General Accident.
  • Assist in day-to-day operations and client servicing.
  • Contribute to the development of insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with senior executives to ensure smooth delivery of services.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or any equivalent
  • 12 years of relevant experience in insurance, specifically Fire & General Accident.
  • Basic understanding of general insurance products and processes.
  • Effective client advisory and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the insurance industry.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
