Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or any equivalent
- 12 years of relevant experience in insurance, specifically Fire & General Accident.
- Basic understanding of general insurance products and processes.
- Effective client advisory and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the insurance industry.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
