Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Assistant Events Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of events experience and is eager to grow in a fast-paced, creative environment. You will support the team in planning, coordinating, and executing events, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and managing events from concept to execution
- Liaise with vendors, partners, and clients to ensure event requirements are met
- Handle administrative and logistical support, including registration, budgeting, scheduling, and timelines
- Coordinate onsite event operations, including setup, registration, and teardown
- Prepare post-event reports and support follow-up tasks
- Support the senior team in delivering high-quality experiences for clients
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in events, exhibitions, or related fields
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with a proactive attitude
- On occassion, willing to work evenings or weekends as required by event schedules
- This job requires the person to be in our team's office (Bencoolen/ Bugis)
