You will be involved in planning, coordination, and supervision of engineering and site activities across various EPC and energy-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate and supervise site works to ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety requirements.

  • Support the Chief Engineer in project planning, progress tracking, and reporting.

  • Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and construction methods.

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, site reports, and records.

  • Ensure all works comply with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) and environmental regulations.

  • Provide technical support for procurement and installation of energy storage systems and associated infrastructure.

  • Communicate effectively with Singapore-based and China-based engineering teams to align project designs and technical solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related fields.

  • At least 2 years of experience in EPC, energy, power, or construction projects.

  • Good understanding of project coordination, site supervision, and technical documentation.

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.

  • Familiarity with Singapore's construction standards, codes and regulations (BCA, WSH, LTA, URA) is an advantage.

  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is required, as the role involves daily coordination with China-based teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
