Roles & Responsibilities:
- Analyzing building specifications, codes, and sites.
- Using CAD software to create drawings that incorporate exact measurements, calculations, building codes, and other construction details.
- Printing CAD drawing schematics for engineers.
- Entering CAD data into building information modeling (BIM) systems to create 3-D models and renderings.
- Preparing drawings, charts, and records with CAD equipment and conventional drafting techniques.
- Prepare 2D and/or 3D drawings based on engineering sketches, specifications, and calculations.
- Update and revise existing drawings as directed by engineers
- Coordinate with engineers to clarify design requirements.
- Maintain organized records of drawings, versions, and project files.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Preferably with BIM modelling skill
Skills:
- Knowledge in AUTOCAD, MicroStation and preferably BIM modelling skill
- Knowledge in the civil and structural engineering industry
- Ability to manage, multiple tasks and meet deadlines & work independently
- Welcome fresh graduate to apply
