Assistant Engineer, MPS, Mobility Rail

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of bus / rail infrastructure projects ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Support project management activities including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align project deliverables and address technical challenges.
• Prepare technical reports, design documents, and presentations for various stakeholders.
• Contribute to the evaluation and selection of appropriate materials, technologies, and engineering methods for project execution.
• Participate in site inspections and testing to ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in bus / rail technology and urban mobility trends.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or a related field, preferably with experience or interest in bus / rail systems or urban mobility solutions.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Proficiency with engineering software tools and Microsoft Office suite.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic project environment.
