About the role

Linkmet Controls Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Engineer to join our team in the Pandan Loop Region. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to develop their engineering expertise whilst contributing to meaningful projects. This role provides an ideal stepping stone for an aspiring engineer looking to build a solid foundation in mechanical engineering.

What you'll be doing

. Provide in-house engineering support to sales team and customers.

. Product sizing and selection of product

. Prepare and generate quotations for sales team

. Prepare and maintain accurate Technical Documentations

. Liaise with overseas principals

. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

. Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical and Electronics or related field. Candidates with NiTEC can be considered too. Those with no working experience are welcome to apply.

. Strong Proficiency in MS Office (Words, Excel & Powerpoint). Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Basic AutoCAD will be useful.

. Experience in inside sales will be considered an advantage

. Good communication and coordination skills.

. Ability to work independently, proactive, and willing to learn.

. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
