Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and perform preventive maintenance on EV chargers across multiple sites to ensure optimal functionality.
- Identify, diagnose, and report faults to enable timely repairs.
- Update firmware and software on charging stations to maintain up-to-date system performance.
- Adhere strictly to safety regulations and industry standards during all maintenance activities.
- Coordinate effectively with site owners, facility managers, and the customer's engineer/technical officer from the Tech Ops team to facilitate smooth maintenance processes.
- Maintain detailed service logs and prepare reports for management to track maintenance activities and equipment status.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Higher Nitec in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Possess a valid Class 3 / 3A driver's license.
- Knowledge of EV charging systems, firmware updates, and preventive maintenance best practices is an advantage.
