Assistant Engineer (Electronics)

Roles and Responsibilities

. Technical and Sales support role

. Provide technical support to Asia Pacific end users, customers, and distributors

. Provide support to RMA issues relating to defects from customers and distributors

. Coordinate failure analysis on the defect detected by the customer and distributor

. Correlation works between internal and external customers and distributors

. Working closely on conducting acceptance tests with the technical department in head office

. Support marketing activities such as production of marketing collateral ie company catalogue/brochures/presentation materials, etc

. Perform other duties as assigned

. Problem-solving ability to think strategically

Requirements

. At least an ITE or Diploma in Electrical and Electronic or a relevant background

. Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field

. Fresh diploma with internship experience can apply

. Knowledge of Power Supply, components, and related technology will be an added advantage
