Job Responsibilities:
- Technical and sales support role
- Provide technical support to Asia Pacific end users, customers, and distributors
- Provide support to RMA issues relating to defects from customers and distributors
- Coordinate failure analysis on the defect detected by the customer and distributor
- Correlation works between internal and external customers and distributors
- Working closely on conducting acceptance tests with the technical department in head office
- Perform other duties as assigned
Key Attributes:

- Problem-solving ability to think strategically.
Requirements:
- At least an ITE or Diploma in Electrical and Electronic or a relevant background
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field
- Knowledge of Power Supply, components, and related technology will be an added advantage
