Job Description:
Maintenance:
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment to minimise downtime.
- Monitor equipment performance and escalate abnormalities for timely resolution.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and production tools.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and technical documentation.
Production:
- Support daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.
- Assist engineers in process improvement and equipment enhancement initiatives.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment or process issues.
- Ensure compliance with the company's Quality Management System (QMS) and relevant ISO standards.
Requirements :
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline from a recognised Polytechnic.
- Basic knowledge of ISO quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and manufacturing quality practices.
- Some working experience in wafer fabrication or semiconductor manufacturing is advantageous (but not required).
- Basic knowledge of equipment troubleshooting, electrical systems, or automation.
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, or equipment manuals is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and a team-player.
