Job Summary
Support electrical engineering projects by supervising installations, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and managing procurement and reporting to ensure timely, quality project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Assist in ordering electrical materials to maintain project supply continuity
- Inspect material quality and verify timely delivery to meet project requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve procurement issues and ensure material availability
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports to communicate project status clearly
- Update project manager on site issues to facilitate prompt decision-making
- Track project progress against timelines to support schedule adherence
- Assist the Electrical Engineer in managing on-site electrical works for effective execution
- Coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to align project activities
- Attend site meetings and technical discussions to address project challenges and updates
- Ensure electrical work aligns with the project schedule to maintain workflow efficiency
- Supervise installation of cable laying, lighting systems, power distribution panels, fire alarm, and ELV systems to ensure compliance with specifications
- Monitor daily site activities and manpower deployment to optimize resource use
- Verify that work is performed according to drawings and specifications to uphold quality standards
