Assistant Electrical Engineer - Fresh Entry (Assistant Project Engineer)

• Location: Singapore, Hougang (Kovan) | Mon - Fri | 9am -6pm

Responsibilities:

• Supervise Electrical works to ensure timely completion, quality control, and compliance with approved drawings, local codes, regulations, and standards.
• Inspect materials and samples delivered to site and report non-compliance with specifications.
• Monitor contractor performance and progress against schedules, and prepare weekly progress reports.
• Monitor rectification works and ensure all defects are satisfactorily resolved.
• Inspect site mock-ups where necessary.
• Witness tests to ensure compliance with approved method statements.
• Coordinate building services and attend site, progress, variation, and coordination meetings.
• Verify and maintain records of site variations, contractor reports, and claims.
• Assist the Electrical Engineer in project execution.
• Ensure installations have the necessary Employer and relevant authority approvals and maintain proper records.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related.
