ob Description & Responsibilities
Assist in providing technical support for plant maintenance and improvement works related to electrical systems, instrumentation, and process control systems.
Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure plant reliability, efficiency, and safety.
Assist in troubleshooting electrical, control, and instrumentation issues using appropriate testing and diagnostic tools.
Read, understand, and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, manuals, and P&IDs.
Support maintenance and minor modifications of PLC-based automated control systems (e.g., Siemens PLC).
Assist in managing updates and changes in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Monitor E&I system performance and report abnormalities or improvement opportunities to the Engineer / Supervisor.
Support management of electrical and instrumentation spare parts, tools, and inventory.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company SOPs, safety rules, and regulatory requirements.
Participate in plant shutdowns, commissioning, and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Willing to work overtime or shift hours based on plant operational needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience in plant, manufacturing, or process industry preferred.
Basic knowledge of electrical distribution systems, instrumentation, and process control.
Familiarity with PLC systems (Siemens preferred) is an advantage.
Strong troubleshooting, coordination, and communication skills.
Positive attitude, responsible, and a good team player.
Working Hours & Benefits
Normal Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Alternate Saturday off)
Shift Hours (if required):
Day: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Night: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM
