Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership in developing and executing strategic plans, and oversee operations of the WSH management system to maintain a safe and healthy workforce environment.
- Strategically plan and review manpower and financial resources to balance competing priorities.
- Drive the development and implementation of the WSH Framework, with emphasis on Occupational Health and Staff Protection.
- Serve as Secretariat for the Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Council and Occupational Health (OH) Committee.
- Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of new WSH projects and programmes.
- Assess programme effectiveness and lead continuous improvements to ensure objectives are met.
- Oversee the Staff Protection Office, focusing on prevention and management of workplace abuse or harassment, including post-incident support, training, and preventive initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree in WSH
- At least 10 years of experience in WSH
- Experience in Occupational Health is an advantage.
