As a key member of the strategy team, you will drive the design and execution of a robust talent management framework to ensure leadership readiness and organizational resilience.

  • Lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive talent strategy that aligns human capital with long-term organizational goals and service innovation.

  • Design and manage high-potential programs to systematically identify, mentor, and prepare the next generation of leaders across all levels.

  • Facilitate succession planning for mission-critical roles to mitigate talent risks and ensure continuous organizational stability.

  • Partner with senior leadership and human resources to integrate workforce planning and capability building into broader transformation initiatives.

  • Cultivate strategic relationships with external partners and government bodies to secure resources and stay ahead of industry talent trends.

skills and experience required.

  • At least 7 years of progressive leadership experience in talent management, organizational development, or strategic HR within mission-driven sectors.

  • Proven track record in developing end-to-end talent frameworks, including high-potential identification and succession management systems.

  • Strong background in utilizing diverse assessment tools and methodologies to evaluate leadership potential and developmental requirements.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and consult with senior executives on organizational design and capability building.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead professional teams and manage complex projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
